Our offer of training and workshops for businesses includes three levels of services, illustrated as a pyramid. Each level contains different subjects, focuses on particular goals and fulfills distinct needs. All three levels influence each other, and the pyramid serves to visualize the areas that come together to determine the functioning and success of every company.

The strength of the team is in its leader, and in the way team members work together. The manner in which employees complement, understand and respect each other can be trained. Specialized knowledge alone is not enough to maximize the potential of a group. You need soft skills, flexibility and the ability to build rapport.
On the social level, we focus on the team and its leader, i.e. the manager or director. We shape behaviors, transform attitudes and ensure that the team we work with operates like a well-oiled machine. We achieve this through intense work with all members of the team and the leader. FIRST WE MEET THE TEAM AND ANALYZE ITS NEEDS
To have an impact on your employees, we must first get to know them and learn what they’re good at and what they’d like to change. The answers are not always obvious and clear, which is why our work is based on research within the department to learn what can be improved. Depending on your needs we will organize a focus group, an online survey and/or learn the work culture from within. “ON THE SOCIAL LEVEL”
TEAM BUILDING AND TEAMWORK
Building a team of people who are just getting to know each other or strengthening bonds within an existing team. A generous helping of team building, developing team assets, boosting energy and engagement, all through games, play and activities where everyone can shine. In the process, the team will have a chance to self-diagnose, resolve problems and conflicts, build an atmosphere of trust and feel like a part of a whole. It’s also a great opportunity to align team goals with management expectations, all in good fun!
From the basics to advanced tools and total mutual understanding, we will take you through the communication process, giving you the key to team effectiveness. We discuss all of the barriers in communication and teach how to communicate with any person who has a different way of thinking. We train employees how to give feedback, teach them how to listen actively, show how to persuade effectively and how to conduct discussions and meetings. We perfect every element and examine every situation where messages are exchanged between people who work together daily.
MANAGEMENT THROUGH COACHING
An effective leader not only knows how to communicate with their subordinates, but also how to direct them and help them grow. The program of this workshop includes the basics of management through coaching, showing how to influence an employee and utilize their full potential using various tools, techniques and hard-hitting questions. Caring for the growth of a subordinate and showing interest in them is a crucial difference between a ‘superior’ and a true leader. The workshop is conducted by a certified coach with many years of practical experience.
ORGANIZATION OF WORK AND MANAGEMENT
Sometimes all it takes is to reorganize the habits, space and functioning of a department to increase both effectiveness and satisfaction among the personnel. In some cases, one must implement new processes and introduce new tools or a new system, and prepare the employees for the change. In either case, this program provides deep insights into how information in the company is conveyed, stored, and managed. We find bottlenecks, eliminate obstacles and put you on the fast track towards new possibilities and more effective task management.
When resentment builds up and conflict looms in the team, or the members lack mutual trust, the time is ripe to use this training program. We clear the air, clarify the situation, confront the conflicting sides in a controlled setting and draw conclusions from the experience. Conflict isn’t always visible at first glance. Sometimes it manifests as a bitterness that grows month after month, ultimately leading to inevitable escalation or layoffs. Instead of waiting for the issue to resolve itself, it’s best to intervene and set things straight.
MOTIVATING AND DELEGATION
A workshop for leaders who need to learn how to influence their subordinates in a positive way, and for professionals who tend to discourage others and can’t delegate tasks properly. Some people regard assigning and relaying tasks as an art in itself. Even motivation itself has given rise to over fifty distinct theories in psychology. As Terry Gillen said – stimulating and maintaining desired behavior provides better and more predictable results than trying to change unwanted behavior. That’s our rule as well!!
THE LEADER AND LEADERSHIP STYLES
A program about what makes a good leader, the differences between strategies used by superiors and when to use which approach towards subordinates. A unique course teaching how to lead: how to manage a team, increase its effectiveness, continuously monitor its status and keep an eye on employee morale. Work during the training focuses on the basic skills of a modern manager, his strong suits and areas for development, based on a map of competencies. We have also taught many directors how to be humble and admit their mistakes.
EVALUATION SYSTEMS AND GAMIFICATION
Assessment of employee results and development doesn’t have to be a ‘by the numbers’ affair. During the workshop, management personnel will learn how to conduct F2F conversations, perform employee assessment and give feedback on an advanced level. An extended version of the training includes additional material on gamification, i.e. introducing game elements to the department’s daily activities. Sounds intriguing? We agree! It’s an excellent way to gain a competitive edge and increase employee buy-in all at once!
