Pavla Pavlíková is an inspirational coach with PCC certification (Professional Certified Coach) by International Coach Federation. She is focusing on how to manage a manager’s role successfully and using coaching principles and techniques while working with people, coaching individuals (more than 2000 hours), and teams (more than 2000 hours). She has been working as a coach and facilitator since 2006. As an Executive Coach, Pavla has worked with Directors and Managers of companies in energy, pharmaceutical, automotive, banking and financial sectors; responsible for finance, controlling, marketing, sales, IT, HR. She has worked for innogy (RWE), EY, Richter Gedeon, Siemens, GlaxoSmithKline, ADP, BD, T-mobile, Johnson, MSXI and many other companies.
After graduation (Molecular Biology and Genetics at the Charles University in Prague) Pavla started to work within the area of people development – working as Project Manager and then Human Resources Manager in the pharmaceutical industry. She was responsible for implementation of performance management systems, recruitment and development, talent management, competency models, Safety, health and Environment. In 2006 she started in consultancy as a coach, trainer and facilitator and in 2009 she founded her own coaching and consulting company INNERGY. In Poland she works with TrainBrain Poland.
Trained and Certified in Systemic coaching and Certificate for training practice. Pavla is PCC, Professional Certified Coach by ICF (International Coach Federation) and she is an active member of ICF Czech Republic. Also trained in Individual systemic approach (voice dialogue), Challenging coaching and she is also Business Licensed Practitioner of Motivational Maps – a diagnostic tool for measuring and enhancing motivation. In 2020 she added Positive Intelligence coaching into her portfolio. Pavla successfully provides individual coaching, team coaching, as well as training in coaching principles and techniques for managers, personnel, sales force and of course.
Pavla is interested in new trends in management and communication and writes articles about management, leadership and using coaching principles and techniques in management. She also gives speeches at conferences. Besides loving coaching, she has the second passion – climbing and walking with her dog. She is based in Prague, native Czech, coaching and facilitating in Czech and English.
